Transcriptomic profiles of the maternal-fetal interface in wild-type and C1qtnf6-KO mice

To understand the function of CTRP6 protein during gestation, we performed RNA-seq experiments for the maternal-fetal interface in wild-type and C1qtnf6-KO mice. Overall design: We collected the maternal-fetal interface samples from wild-type and C1qtnf6-KO mice at four different gestation stages, includinggd10.5, gd14.5, gd16.5 and gd19.5. Three replicates per sample were used for RNA-seq experiments.
