Virtual Classroom UsageData analysis on the Virtual Classroom usage indicates that the majority of the respondent agreed that virtual classroom is considered important in their role as a student in MMU. Majority of the respondents indicate that they strongly agree that virtual classroom is convenient for them (mean = 4.45, s.d.=.723), virtual classroom considered as part of attendance (mean=4.38, s.d.=.652), the virtual classroom for assignment submission (mean=4.32, s.d.=.735), enhance their digital skills (mean=4.25, s.d.=.718), communicate with lecturers via email (mean=4.25, s.d.=.686), communicate with fellow classmates via email (mean=4.20, s.d.=.748). Respondents also agree that virtual classroom will allow students who are shy (introvert) to excel from the pressures of the traditional classroom (mean=4.28, s.d.=.707), encouraged them to be more disciplined in completing blended learning submission (mean=4.19, s.d.=.852), making them feel less intimidating (mean=4.31, s.d.=.705), participate effectively in group discussions (mean=4.25, s.d.=.734), helps students who have a disability feature to participate in class virtually (mean=4.30, s.d.=.681), allow them to work on their own comfort (mean=4.42, s.d.=.609), allow them to do their work on their own time (mean=4.36, s.d.=.706), allow them to work in their own location (mean=4.42, s.d.=.629) and helps underprivileged students to participate (4.37, s.d.=.791).Level of Communication SkillsData analysis on the Communication skills indicate that most of the respondents agree that writing skills are important for them (mean=4.40, s.d.=.707), speaking is important (mean=4.36, s.d.=.769). Respondents also agreed that they have self-confidence (mean=4.34, s.d.=.756), feel that communication skills are important in the working field (mean=4.33, s.d.=.641). They also feel that it is important for them to communicate with lecturers (mean=4.16, s.d.=.724), communicate with their friends (mean=4.13, s.d.=.759), have a good relationship with lecturers (mean=4.18, s.d.=.758), have a good relationship with friends (mean=4.22, s.d.=.801), their ability on spoken skills (mean=4.07, s.d.=.920), ability on written skills (mean=4.16, s.d.=.758), ability to communicate verbally (mean=4.08, s.d.=.871), ability to communicate non-verbally (mean=4.11, s.d.=.858), have an English language proficiency (mean=4.16, s.d.=.793). Respondents also agreed that it is important for them to have a Malay language proficiency (mean=4.10, s.d.=.906) as well as communicate in a less intimidating atmosphere (mean=4.30, s.d.=.777). Correlation Analysis Between Virtual Classroom Usage and Level of Communication SkillsResults indicate that there is a significant relationship between virtual classroom usage and the level of communication skills among respondents (p=0.000, r=.628) with a moderate correlation between variables. This result indicates that the higher virtual classroom usage will lead to higher communication skills among respondents.
