This dataset contains the curated data required to reproduce all figures presented in the manuscript: Khojasteh D, Rao S, McSweeney S, Ibaceta R, Nicholls RJ, et al. Intermittent estuaries deserve global attention as vulnerable and vital ecosystems. Communications Earth & Environment. 2025.
