This dataset contains the anonymized questionnaire survey data and raw data collected for the study entitled A Study on the Influence Path of Top Management Team’s Cognition and Organizational Behavior on Supply Chain Resilience. The data was obtained through a questionnaire survey distributed to managers of enterprises in various industries, covering core variables including top management team cognition, organizational behavior, and supply chain resilience, as well as relevant control variables. All personal identifiable information of respondents has been removed to protect privacy. The dataset can be used to verify the empirical analysis results of the study, explore the influence mechanism between the above variables, and provide data support for follow-up research in the fields of supply chain management and organizational behavior.
