Deferred development area of the Gers department. A sector in which a local authority, a public establishment responsible for it or a Société d’économie mixte (SEM) holding a development agreement has, for a period of six years, a right of pre-emption in respect of all sales and disposals for consideration of immovable property or social rights.热尔省（Gers department）的待开发区块。该区域内，持有开发协议的地方当局、负责该区域的公共机构，或是混合经济公司（Société d’économie mixte，简称SEM），可在六年期限内，就所有有偿出售或处置不动产或社会权利的行为享有优先购买权。
