根据国家食品安全的要求,饼干中铅含量的指标多少是产品是否达标的一项重要且强制性标准,检测出来的铅含量越低,代表产品的品质和质量越高,本数据对脆烤曲奇产品的铅含量作出检测,为企业生产及政府监管做出参考,为消费者购买该产品提供参考依据。1、产品检测:对脆烤曲奇进行抽样检测,每次检测样本质量约0.55g左右,检测出取出样本的重量并记录,对样本进行处理后,检测出样本溶液中铅的质量浓度并记录,并做试剂空白试验,检测出空白样本溶液中铅的质量浓度并记录;2、数据处理:铅的含量=(试样溶液中铅的质量浓度-空白溶液中铅的质量浓度)*定容体积/(样本量*1000),若样本中铅含量≦0.5mg/kg,则判定该产品为合格,若检测结果铅含量≤0,则表示未检出,需重新进行检验,以减小实验误差;3、根据GB 5009.12-2017 食品安全国家标准 食品中铅的测定标准,判断样品中铅含量是否达到国家标准;4、对脆烤曲奇产品的检验检测,为企业生产和政府把控食品品质和质量做出有效参考,对食品安全具有重大意义。
According to national food safety regulations, the lead content index in biscuits is an important and mandatory standard for determining whether a product meets the standards. The lower the detected lead content, the higher the product's quality. This dataset detects the lead content of crisp-baked cookie products, providing references for enterprise production, government supervision, and consumer purchasing decisions.
1. Product Testing: Conduct sampling tests on crisp-baked cookies. Each test sample weighs approximately 0.55g. Weigh and record the weight of the sampled specimen. After processing the sample, detect and record the mass concentration of lead in the sample solution, and perform a reagent blank test to detect and record the mass concentration of lead in the blank sample solution.
2. Data Processing: Lead content = (mass concentration of lead in sample solution - mass concentration of lead in blank solution) × constant volume / (sample mass × 1000). If the lead content in the sample is ≤0.5mg/kg, the product is judged as qualified. If the detected lead content ≤0, it means lead is not detected, and the test needs to be repeated to reduce experimental errors.
3. Judgment based on GB 5009.12-2017 National Food Safety Standard: Determination of Lead in Foods: Determine whether the lead content in the sample meets the national standard.
4. The testing of crisp-baked cookie products provides effective references for enterprise production and government supervision of food quality, and is of great significance to food safety.
