RNA sequencing for the TNF- or vehicle-treated mouse intestinal organoids

RNA sequencing was performed for the TNF- or vehicle-treated organoids derived from the large intestine of healthy male C57BL/6J mice (n = 3 per group). The large intestine of C57BL/6J mice were isolated to intestinal crypts. Isolated crypts were incubated alone or with TNFα in combination for 24 hours,the organoids were harvested by centrifugation and lysed for RNA extraction.
