Gene expression profile at the single cell level of endothelial cells from tumor-draining lymph nodes of the melanoma mouse models

We used single-cell analysis to gain insights into transcriptional changes in endothelial cells in tumor-draining lymph node upon lymph node metastasis. Endothelial cells and other stromal cells in lymph node were sorted by MACS according to absence of CD45, mixed with CD45-positive immune cells, and analyzed using single-cell analysis.
