In order to examine viral pathogen discovery infecting in imported fruit tree pollens, we carried out NGS. In 2019, one species was isolated from pear pollen, six from apple pollen, three from kiwi pollen and eleven from peach pollen.This study was first try to identify viral pathogens in pollen using NGS technology.
