Our goal was to measure molecular phenotypes associated with coronary atherosclerosis severity in a geriatric cohort. 106 individual samples from DNA purified from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells analyzed using the Affymetrix Genome-Wide Human 6.0 Array The sample titles are composed using the following scheme: ID_gender_ancestry_ObsCad_CadClass_CXCL5rank 9 samples are missing CEL files due to hard drive damage and subsequent loss of data.
