资源简介:
Microbial colonisation of the intestine begins developing early in life, and this initial colonization is considerably important because it may influence long-term microbiota composition and function, which plays a vital role in host health. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM (L-NCFM) and Bifidobacterium lactis Bi-07 (B-LBi07) on microbiota composition and function, metabolism as well as microbiota-metabolite relationships of weaned rats. The results of which is helpful and valuable for deeply understanding the microbial community composition and relationship with probiotics.
