Study of satisfaction with the service of the Municipal Centers for the Elderly

Survey of satisfaction of the members of the Municipal Centers of Elderly. The purpose of this survey is to know the value that users perceive from the Municipal Centers for the Elderly, as well as to obtain an overview of their needs and expectations. This makes it possible to review the implementation of the areas of improvement detected in previous studies. The municipal centers of majors are facilities of social services, created and supported by the City of Madrid, dependent on the Municipal Boards of District, aimed at stimulating and promoting all kinds of sociocultural, occupational, artistic and recreational activities, encouraging the coexistence and participation of the elderly. They have library services, bar-cafeteria, dining room, multipurpose room, podiatry, hairdressing, gym, sociocultural animation and workshops. They may be members of the Municipal Senior Centers who meet the following requirements: The person interested in the municipality of Madrid shall be registered. To be 65 years old. To be 60 years of age and pensioner status. Be a spouse or partner of the previous groups. To be the holder of the madridmayor.es card. The survey explores aspects of the service related to its notoriety, impact, organisation and provision, team of professionals or global valuation, as well as some instruments for prioritising improvements.
