Large-eddy simulation dataset of flow over forested topography

Mean and turbulent statistics generated using large-eddy simulation over turbulent flow over forested topography. Each file contains (in SI units) the streamwise grid points (x), vertical grid points (z_u and z_w), topography height (topo), mean streamwise velocity (u), mean vertical velocity (w), turbulent kinetic energy (e), production of TKE (P), dissipation of TKE (eps_t), residual transport of TKE (R), standard deviation of vertical velocity (sig_w), skewness of horizontal velocity (sk_u), and skewness of vertical velocity (sk_w) for the short hill (SH), short valley (SV), long hill (LH), long valley (LV), short periodic (SP), long periodic (LP), upslope (US), downslope (DS), and flat (Flat) cases. Variables u, e, sk_u are located at z_u while w, P, eps_t, R, sig_w, sk_w are located at z_w.
