Purpose:The goal of this study is to determine the cellular identity and trascriptomic profile of mice skeletal muscle derived rapidly adhering cells. Methods: By single-cell RNA seq to decode the cell types composition of adult male C57BL/6 mice. Results: Single-cell transcriptome data of mice skeletal muscle is provided. Conclusion: skeletal muscle derived rapidly adhering cells were classified into 7 cell types, in cluding one newly described cell subtype:teno-muscular cells(TMs) Overall design: 563 mice skeletal muscle-derived single cells from 6~8 weeks old male C57BL/6 mice
