3D contact map predictions by Cleopatra, a new deep learning model that predicts high-resolution 3D genome structure. All predictions are in .cool format at binned at 500bp (for interactions up to 500kb) and at 2kb (for interactions up to 2Mb) respectively. Multi resolution files can be generated using cooler zoomify.
