Therefore, how to describe the drug resistance process of Cronobacter Sakazakii in the molecular mechanism has become a key link in the research on antibiotic resistance of Cronobacter Sakazakii .It has been suggested that the transmission of drug resistance genes among different bacteria causes the acquired drug resistance of antibiotic-sensitive strains. Therefore, the monitoring of drug resistance of Cronobacter spp. should be strengthened .For Cronobacter Sakazakii now virulence factors in the pathogenesis of most studies focused on the virulence factors, single or in a particular gene (protein) as the target, did not form a complete control network, and Cronobacter Sakazakii pathogenic is the result of a variety of virulence factors work together to produce, so can't clearly reveal the pathogenesis of it. However, with the development of omics technology, more and more virulence factors will be discovered. Moreover, bacteria do not exist as individuals, and affect the behavior of the population by secreting signal factors. Such quorum sensing is closely related to the formation of bacterial biofilm and toxin expression. Therefore, the relationship between the quorum sensing system of Cronobacter spp. and its pathogenicity needs further study.
