This project aims to compare the transcriptome of Phosphoenolpyruvate (PEP) administration on brain aging in naturally aged mice. Specifically, 20-month-old wild-type C57BL/6J mice were intraperitoneally injected with either 0.5 g/kg PEP or vehicle, five times a week for a duration of six months. Subsequently, mouse brain tissues were obtained for transcriptome sequencing.
