Here we sought to transcriptomically characterize human liposarcoma tumors and normal fat from patient samples Patients with soft tissue tumors and a pathological diagnosis of liposarcoma provided written consent to obtain fresh tumor and normal fat tissue from surgical specimens as part of the Sarcoma Research Working Group Biobank at the U-M Rogel Cancer Center.
