Abundance Assessment RDS objects

RDS objects with raw counts tables as mrexperiments and phyloseq objects as well as a tidy data frame. Transformed data include negative binomal count averages across PCR replicates and tidy data frames with logFC results. The RDS object were generated using code from https://github.com/nate-d-olson/abundance_assessment and the bioinformatic pipelines were run using code from https://github.com/nate-d-olson/mgtst_pipelines.
