It is used to identify the identity of electronic document signatories, protect the integrity of documents, prevent unauthorized tampering of documents, ensure the non-repudiation of signature acts, and realize the visual display of digital signatures. It controls the use of electronic seals, provides functions including online seal acquisition and seal permission management, supports authorizing seals to users, user groups and departments for their use, and prohibits unauthorized users from utilizing the seals, ensuring full controllability over the entire process of electronic seal usage.
