Whole-genome sequencing of Pantoea ananatis isolates from BLB-infected rice

This BioProject includes the whole-genome sequencing of Pantoea ananatis isolates collected from bacterial leaf blight (BLB) infected rice plants in Bangladesh. The study aims to characterize the genomic features, identify potential virulence factors, and understand the genetic diversity of Pantoea ananatis strains associated with BLB. These data will support comparative genomics, epidemiology studies, and facilitate the development of molecular diagnostics and management strategies for rice BLB.
