Water Quality Certification (WQC) 401 Mitigation Sites in Kentucky

The layer includes data that identifies compensatory mitigation projects in the Commonwealth. These projects are restorations of streams or wetlands performed to compensate for unavoidable impacts to streams and wetlands.
