Single-cell RNA-seq of non-malignant cells from adrenocortical carcinoma metastastic and adjacent cancer-conditioned microenvironments

This upload consists of single-cell RNA-seq counts of non-malignant cells and associated metadata from biopsies of metastatic adrenocortical carcinoma tumors and tissue adjacent to metastatic tissue. Read count matrices are in a gzipped Matrix Market format, with genes and barcodes supplied separately for each .mtx.gz file. Each matrix consists of read counts from three sample types -- metastatic biopsies (MME), cancer-conditioned microenvironment (CCME) collected from our patient cohort and healthy data (HME) which consists of cells from other published studies of healthy tissue donors. The eighth column in the associated metadata files conveys the sample type information for each cell.
