湖州市吴兴区居民生活垃圾投放时段分布数据

通过垃圾分类投放点智能督导设备的实时数据监测，生成全时段的居民投放行为分布数据表，准确获知湖州市吴兴区各小区居民投放习惯及规律，指引管理单位针对性地制定管理手段，并可为从事社区ToC业务的企业提供参考数据。算法规则简要说明 数据采集：以小时为间隔，根据智能督导设备对行人目标进行跟踪检测，跟踪其进入识别区域到离开识别区域的运动轨迹；同时还需要识别区域内的人员是否有垃圾投放的行为动作，该动作的判别条件为：1）检测人员是否打开垃圾桶；2）是否有垃圾袋/垃圾扔进垃圾桶（两者任意一种情况都视为投放行为）。共产生120万余抓拍投放次数经过审核和对时段人次数量统计计算，时段人次比例=各时段投放人次数量/全天总投放人次数量，以此计算每时段投放人次占比情况，了解居民每日至集中投放点进行生活垃圾投放的时间规律。

Through real-time data monitoring using intelligent supervision equipment deployed at waste sorting and disposal points, this dataset generates a round-the-clock data table of residents' waste disposal behavior distribution, accurately obtaining the disposal habits and patterns of residents in communities across Wuxing District, Huzhou City. The findings can guide management units to formulate targeted management strategies, and also provide reference data for enterprises engaged in community ToC business.

### Brief Description of Algorithm Rules
#### Data Collection
The data is collected at hourly intervals. The intelligent supervision equipment tracks pedestrian targets, recording their movement trajectories from entering the recognition area to exiting it. Meanwhile, it detects whether personnel within the recognition area perform waste disposal actions, with the following judgment criteria:
1. Whether the person opens the trash bin;
2. Whether a garbage bag or waste is thrown into the trash bin (either of the two scenarios is considered a valid disposal behavior).

A total of over 1.2 million captured disposal records have been generated. After review and statistical calculation of the number of person-times per time slot, the time-slot person-times ratio is defined as the number of disposal person-times in each time slot divided by the total number of disposal person-times across the entire day. This ratio is used to calculate the proportion of disposal person-times in each time slot, thereby revealing the temporal pattern of residents' domestic waste disposal at centralized disposal points on a daily basis.
