Fusarium subglutinans & Fusarium temperatum field populations GBS

The objective of this study was to explore the patterns of genetic divergence between F. subglutinans and F. temperatum using a GBS approach to make evolutionary and demographic inferences about their split. Secondary aims included comparing the species in terms of levels of genetic diversity and evidence for population structure, genetic recombination, and recent selective sweeps.
