Pure high-grade papillary urothelial carcinomas of the urinary bladder: subtype affiliation and therapeutic implication

Pure high-grade papillary urothelial carcinomas of the urinary bladder - custom panel NGS data (Schnitzler et al.):Targeted next-generation sequencing (NGS) of 31 genes was performed, using a dual strand sequencing protocol. The gene panel was focused on potentially actionable GAs in genes described to predict response to FDA-approved targeted therapies or drugs that are in registered clinical trials.
