Tadpole_thermaltol_analyses: R code for paper testing the intrinsic differences in thermal tolerance between two closely-related species of frog that differ markedly in their invasion histories. Pond_temp_2022: shows temperature logger data collected in 2022 for a typical pond inhabited by the two species within their native range. CTmax: Experimental data on the critical thermal maximum of tadpoles of the two species. Acclimation_Analysis: Experimental data on the critical thermal maximum before and after acclimation to a warmer temperature.
