For example, the abbreviation "CvH.logFC" would refer to log₂-fold changes for the CTmax vs handling groups, where positive values would represent greater relative expression in the CTmax group. <br> Differential gene expression is abbreviated as DGE, while differential exon usage is abbreviated as DEU.
