HydDB selected MAG annotation

Selected annotations for catalytic hydrogenase subunits identified with GhostKoala and verified using HydDB. Sheets are arranged as follows: <br><b>HydDB_annotations: </b>Selected GhostKoala annotations and HydDB classifications for hydrogenases of interest from Brothers volcano MAGs.<b>KO_list: </b>Selected KO annotations used to screen for catalytic hydrogenase subunits and associated hydrogenase annotations from HydDB<br>针对经GhostKoala鉴定、并经HydDB验证的催化型氢化酶亚基，选取其注释信息。工作表排布如下： **HydDB_annotations：** 收录来自 Brothers 火山宏基因组组装基因组（Metagenome-Assembled Genomes，MAGs）的目标氢化酶的GhostKoala注释结果与HydDB分类信息。 **KO_list：** 收录用于筛选催化型氢化酶亚基的精选KO（KEGG Orthology）注释信息，以及来自HydDB的相关氢化酶注释内容。
