Tengchong hot springs, are located in Tengchong County, Yunnan Province, China, and encompass geothermal sites ranging in temperature from 55.1 to 97°C. These conditions harbora variety of thermophilic microorganisms. However, up to date,analysis of fungal communities in Tengchong hot springs is still lacking.Therefore, we detected the fungal communities in Tengchong hot springs based on the high-through sequencing technology.
