See SAT (http://zfin.org/ZDB-GENO-100413-1) F1 cell line sequencing We intend to sequence the zebrafish SAT F1 cell line, derived from a cross between a female double-haploid Tuebingen and a male double-haploid AB individual. This is the pilot study for a wider sequencing study of SAT F2+ double-haploid individuals and establishes the genome data pool accessible within this strain. The sequence produced here will also be used to generate an assembly that allows us to verify and possibly improve the existing GRCz10 Tuebingen reference assembly, and to gather sequence information on the AB strain. In addition, this study will be used to establish methods to generate haplotype-specific assemblies. 2. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
