Although more than 90% of cancer death is attributed to metastatic disease with brain metastasis, the molecular mechanism is still clarified. We found that brain-enriched lncRNA overexpression significantly promoted brain metastases in breast cancer. Beside, BMOR bind to IRF3 and enable cancer cells to evade immune-mediated killing during their metastatic colonization into brain metastases.Our work demenstrated that the brain-enriched lncRNA BMOR significantly promoted breast cancer cells metastatic colonization in brain.
