Data and Documentation for "Fabrication of large-area 2D magnetic semiconductor films for low-temperature ARPES"

Raw data for the manuscript 'Fabrication of large-area 2D magnetic semiconductor films for low-temperature ARPES' The AFM and Raman data are uploaded as txt-files and named according to their appearance in the figures of the manuscript and SI. The ARPES data is uploaded as itx-files, which can be analyzed using Igor-Pro or Python ARPES packages. The data is sorted by system andtemperature. For datasets recorded using a time-of-flight momentum microscope, a dataset series, which allows for conversion from time-of-flight to kinetic energy, is uploaded alongside a brief instruction on the conversion process. For datasets recorded using a hemispherical analyzer the itx-files already include the correct kinetic energy scale.
