This dataset contains code and generated raw data used in the analyses in the paper "From Distant Shores to an Emerging Island: The Role of Surface and Subsurface Transport in Modeling Seed Dispersal". Not included are the velocity fields from the ocean model and the full particle trajectory data. See the README.md file for more details.
