资源简介:
The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has affected more than 200 countries and regions to date. However, the mechanism of how SARS-CoV-2 function in COVID-19 patients is still unclear. We sequence m6A-seq from PBMC of COVID-19 patients. Our results showed that the expression level of m6A regulators decreased in COVID-19 patients and the m6A were also down-regulated in COVID-19 patients. We identified clinical features of COVID-19 patients related with m6A index. Our study demonstrated for the first time that RNA modification is associated with clinical feature of COVID-19 patients. Our conclusion will be valuable for the treatment of COVID-19 patients.
