Meteorological and Ecosystem Flux Dataset for a Siberian Dwarf Pine Ecosystem in the Japanese Alps, 2018–2024
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains meteorological, radiation, soil environmental, and ecosystem flux data collected at a Siberian dwarf pine (Pinus pumila) ecosystem at the Jp-Nkm site near Shogino-Kashira in the Kiso Mountains of central Japan. The site is located at 35°48′29.03″N, 137°50′1.98″E and 2662 m above sea level. The dataset covers the period from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2024 and includes eddy covariance flux measurements together with meteorological and environmental observations. The primary temporal resolution is 30 min. The dataset consists of 30-min flux data, 30-min meteorological data, hourly rainfall data, and daily aggregated data. A detailed metadata file describing the variables, units, and data products is also provided. An accompanying README file describes the study site, observations, instrumentation, data processing, quality control, gap-filling procedures, limitations, and file structure. The dataset is intended to provide a stand-alone data resource for studies of ecosystem carbon and energy exchange, micrometeorology, and environmental controls on fluxes in a high-elevation Siberian dwarf pine ecosystem.
