Effect of T treatment in orchidectomized mice.

Four-month-old orchidectomized (orx) mice were either treated with placebo or testosterone (1.5 mg/60days) for four weeks. The effect of testosterone is given as the testosterone treated group expressed as percent over the placebo treated group in Srd5α1−/− (KO) and wild type (WT) mice (WT orx n = 12, WT orx+T n = 10, KO orx n = 8, KO orx+T n = 8).
