RNA-seq experiment to unravel the integration of light intensity and temperature signaling at a transcriptomic level in O. sativa (Nipponbare). Moreover, the role of OsPHYB in this putative integration was assessed by performing RNA-seq of Osphyb coleoptiles. WT rice seedlings were grown at different temperatures (24 and 28C), and 1, 10 and 100 micromol m-2 s-1 of continuous white light for 30 hours. Osphyb seedlings were grown at 28C at 10 micromol m-2 s-1 of continuous white light for 30 hours for subsequent RNA-extraction and transcriptomic analyses.
