祁连山2021生物多样性数据集包括六大流域鱼类多样性数据集、浮游生物与环境因子数据集和动物多样性数据集三个部分。鱼类和浮游生物是在河流进行实地采样,获得其科、属、种的详细信息,浮游生物数据集还包括每一个监测样点的水质检测结果。动物数据的获取利用红外相机调查方法,对祁连山3个样区60台红外相机连续监测后回收照片和视频,物种信息和物种数量全部是人工鉴定和提取。基于红外相机监测获得的时空数据,包括数据编号,源文件格式,拍摄日期,数据类别、物种名称、数量等条目。该数据集可用于大气科学、地质地理学、生态学、民族学等等多种学科交叉,从而探讨气候变化、环境变迁、生态系统格局和民族文化等对生物多样性的影响,为制定合理的生物多样性保护对策以及预测物种未来适宜分布区提供了基础数据。
Qilian Mountains 2021 Biodiversity Dataset consists of three parts: fish diversity datasets for six major river basins, plankton and environmental factor datasets, and animal diversity datasets. Fish and plankton were sampled via field surveys in rivers, with detailed taxonomic information including families, genera and species collected. The plankton dataset additionally contains water quality test results for each monitoring sampling site. Animal data were acquired through infrared camera surveys: 60 infrared cameras were deployed across 3 sampling areas in the Qilian Mountains for continuous monitoring, and the retrieved photos and videos were manually identified and processed to extract species information and individual counts. The spatiotemporal data derived from the infrared camera monitoring includes entries such as data ID, source file format, capture date, data category, species name, and individual count. This dataset supports interdisciplinary research across multiple disciplines including atmospheric science, geological geography, ecology, ethnology and others, enabling the exploration of the impacts of climate change, environmental changes, ecosystem patterns and ethnic culture on biodiversity, and providing foundational data for formulating rational biodiversity conservation strategies and predicting the future suitable distribution ranges of species.
