RNA-seq of Pyropia yezoensis thallus under low nitrogen stress treatment on the eighth day and after the fourth day of recovery after using three different nitrogen sources

Thalli of the Pyropia yezoensis were under low-nitrogen stress for eight days; data from day eight were designated as the low-nitrogen group. Recovery was then carried out for four days with three nitrogen sources, yielding three groups: ammonium, nitrate, and urea.
