Surface Immune Signalling Unlocks NLR Activation Through mRNA Alternative Splicing
收藏资源简介:
This record contains the integrated code and supporting datasets associated with the study entitled “Surface Immune Signalling Unlocks NLR Activation Through mRNA Alternative Splicing”. The deposited materials support the computational analyses underlying the manuscript and include:(1) Python scripts for genomic coordinate matching and strand-aware sequence extraction;(2) R Markdown workflows for NLR classification, filtering, and downstream MADA motif analysis;(3) HMM profile and HMMER search outputs for MADA motif detection;(4) curated sequence collections for MADA-positive candidates, filtered NLRs, and NB-ARC domain datasets;(5) metadata-integrated tables, candidate lists, coordinate files, and genomic sequence extraction outputs; and(6) a rooted NB-ARC phylogenetic tree used for comparative evolutionary analysis. Together, these files provide a consolidated resource for reproducing the main computational components of the study, from sequence and annotation processing to motif-focused and phylogenetic downstream analyses, with particular relevance to NLR-associated alternative splicing and N-terminal MADA motif characterization. File formats included in this record comprise ZIP archives, FASTA, CSV, TXT, HMMER output tables, CD-HIT cluster files, and Newick tree files.
