To explore the possibility of miRNA(s) contributing to the cardioprotection induced by plasma exosomes at the late phase of RIPC, we performed a miRNA profiling assay (763 rat miRNAs) comparing the differences between RIPC-exo and Control-exo using Illumina HiSeq 2500 high-throughput sequencing.
为探究微小RNA(microRNA, miRNA)在远程缺血预处理(Remote Ischemic Preconditioning, RIPC)晚期阶段血浆外泌体诱导的心脏保护作用中所发挥的潜在作用,我们采用Illumina HiSeq 2500高通量测序平台,针对763种大鼠miRNA开展miRNA表达谱分析,对比远程缺血预处理组外泌体(RIPC-exo)与对照组外泌体(Control-exo)之间的表达水平差异。
