Polycystic ovarian disorder is the most common endocrine disorder among women of reproductive age. Symptom including amenorrhea, hirsutism, infertility, obesity, acne vulgaris, and androgenic alopecia. The objective of the study is to assess the impact of PCOD in sleep, psychological status, and quality of life among working women. An online survey study among 290 working women age between 20 to 45 year was done across the country. Questionnaire assessed the affected rate, risk factor, symptom and awareness among working women related to PCOD. A 23- item questionnaire was asked based upon following domain quality of life, psychological disorder, sleep disorder and general questions about PCOD. Of the total 290 working women participant in the study. There is 100% female participant. The result concluded that 34.5% suffer from sleeping issues, 31.7% have psychological problem. Infertility and sleeping problem were associated with anxiety, while acne is associated with depression its awareness was formed to assess the impact in working women. The study shows low quality of life and psychological issues in working women.
