Montelukast effect on mouse proteomics

Proteomics data from various organs from mice treated with montelukast.
Organs/tissues were collected for protein extraction and mass spectrometry-based proteomics under a shotgun proteomics approach on a Bruker Impact II QqTOF. Raw data were converted to mzXML with ProteoWizard. For more info, please refer to the associated paper or contact the authors.
