Public Financial Management (PFM) assessment ratings compiled from the PEFA Secretariat open data portal. Covers 121 assessments conducted under the 2016 PEFA framework across 89 countries, assessment years 2016–2025. Fields include country, assessment year, and ratings for all 31 Performance Indicators (PI-01 to PI-31) and their sub-dimensions, plus the UHLG-01 subnational indicator. Ratings follow the standard PEFA scale: A, B+, B, C+, C, D+, D, D*. 31 countries have repeat assessments enabling trend analysis. Strongest indicator: PI-04 Budget Classification (34.7% A ratings).
