This study presents bulk RNA-seq data generated from mouse bone samples to investigate transcriptomic changes induced by microgravity. Total RNA was extracted from bone tissues, and RNA-seq libraries were prepared using a poly(A)-selection protocol and sequenced on an Illumina platform. The resulting data were used to compare gene expression profiles between ground control (1G) and microgravity (0G) groups. Overall design: Bulk RNA-seq was performed on bone tissues collected from mice under control and microgravity conditions. For each condition, total RNA extracted from bone tissues of six mice was pooled in equal amounts and subjected to bulk RNA-seq analysis.Differential gene expression analysis was conducted to identify transcriptional changes associated with exposure to microgravity.
