"Actual Electricity Consumption of Luxembourg (2015\u20132026) \u2013 Quarter-Hourly Dataset"

"This dataset contains quarter-hourly actual electricity consumption data for the country of Luxembourg covering the period from 1 January 2015 to 28 February 2026. The data were obtained from the SMARD Electricity Market Data Platform, which publishes official transmission system operator (TSO) data in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 543\/2013 and the ENTSO-E Transparency reporting framework.The dataset represents total actual consumption (total load), calculated as net electricity generation minus exports plus imports and adjusted for hydro pumped storage consumption. The data are provided at a 15-minute (quarter-hour) resolution and exported in CSV format for each year, then consolidated into a single ZIP archive for ease of use.This dataset supports research in smart grid operations, load forecasting, renewable energy integration, power system analysis, energy policy evaluation, and electricity market modeling. The data are shared under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) license, allowing free use with proper attribution."
