Transcriptomic profiling analysis of Arabidopsis thaliana induced exogenous myo-inositol. Arabidopsis thaliana

Myo-inositol (MI) is important for many different developmental and physiological processes in eukaryotes. We report here a comprehensive analysis of the transcriptome that provides information regarding exogenous MI regulated development and physiological metabolism at a molecular level and provides a foundation for future studies of MI function in Arabidopsis and other plants.
