Potential for identification of “habitat” built spaces in 2010 (based on land records) in Poitou-Charentes (150 m²)

DREAL Poitou-Charentes, in collaboration with DDT(M) and DRAAF, wanted to constitute a set of indicators to better understand the dynamics of space consumption and urban renewal in the region. These indicators are calculated from the 2011 land files (according to DGFiP). This data identifies a potential for intensification of built-up areas of the habitat type (= built land units contained in the 2010 filtered urban envelope for which the difference between the land unit area and the built right-of-way is strictly greater than 150 m²).
