Fishing rights Upper Austria

The Oö. The Fisheries Act regulates, in particular, the content of the fishing right and its exercise, the allocation of fishing rights, the species of fish waters, the entry into the public fisheries register, fisheries measures such as management, stocking, overfishing, suspension of non-domestic aquatic animals and fisheries regulations. It also lays down provisions on the fishing legitimacy (fishing card, fishing guest card and licence), the protection of fisheries, the use of foreign land and the representation of interests of fisheries. This dataset is provided via INSPIRE.
